Faisal Hills Islamabad Master Plan 2026: Block Details, Plot Sizes & Main Features

Faisal Master Plan

Type “Faisal Hills map” into a search bar and a pile of images comes back. Some look years old, a few are cropped halfway, and hardly any name the person who drew them. In fact, the trouble with the Faisal Master Plan isn’t finding it. The trouble is knowing which version you’re holding.

A master plan covers the whole scheme, while a block map covers one corner of it. Plot papers, meanwhile, go down to a single plot.

This guide goes through what public sources say about the location, the blocks, and the plot sizes. Where the evidence gets thin, I say so. Once you’ve read it, you should know what to check before you trust any map.

Faisal Hills Master Plan at a Glance

Here’s a quick table of what sources report and what stays open. I checked everything on 9 October 2026.

InformationWhat the sources show

Master planA downloadable layout is advertised by a property guide; no date or revision is shown

So treat the maps and sizes you meet online as leads to follow up. None of them settles anything alone.

What Is the Faisal Master Plan for Faisal Hills?

A master plan shows how a housing scheme fits together. You’ll see block boundaries, internal roads, residential and commercial areas, and spots set aside for parks and mosques. It also usually shows how the scheme links to the roads outside.

However, the Faisal Master Plan doesn’t work alone. Block maps sit beside it and fill in plot numbers and the streets around them, so you generally need both to pin down one plot.

A Faisal Hills Map also reflects a plan on paper. It tells you nothing about who owns a plot, whether possession has been handed over, or whether an authority signed off. Besides, an old copy may not match what’s actually built today.

Faisal Master Plan: Location and Main Access Routes

Where Is Faisal Hills Located?

A property portal’s area guide puts the scheme on the main GT Road (N-5) in the Taxila region. It also adds that the project sits outside the Islamabad Capital Territory and looks toward the Margalla Hills.

Understanding the Faisal Hills Islamabad Map

Here’s a small oddity: the name says Islamabad, yet the scheme lies in the Rawalpindi district. As a result, a proper Faisal Hills Islamabad Map should show the GT Road setting on the Taxila side, not a point inside the capital.

Four kinds of document keep turning up. A location map shows the surrounding area, a master plan covers the entire project, a block map shows one section, and plot papers describe one plot. Since they answer different questions, mixing them up is where most confusion starts.

What Should Buyers Check About Access?

Start by asking which roads exist and which are only drawn. For example, one portal profile mentions a planned future link to the M-1 Motorway. A plan like that is an intention, and it isn’t a finished road.

Then go and drive the approach road yourself, or ask someone you trust to do it. Meanwhile, if a claim about access shows up only in an advert, leave it as unconfirmed.

Faisal Master Plan and Faisal Hills Map: How to Read the Layout

Once you know what each part of a map is telling you, reading it gets much easier.

Block Boundaries and Labels

Look at the title block and the legend first, because they ought to name the publisher and give a date. After that, trace the boundary lines to see where each block begins and ends.

A boundary with no date is hard to trust. Labels also drift between versions. In fact, the sources I read mention Block D, Prime Block, and Executive Block in different places, so check which names your own map uses.

Plot Numbers, Roads, and Junctions

Plot numbers help you find a plot, and the roads around it help you describe where it sits. For instance, one dealer listing for a Block A plot cites a 60-foot street. A property guide, however, says streets run from 40 feet up to 110 feet around that sector. Neither figure was measured, and both are reported.

Numbering may not follow one pattern across the scheme either. Therefore, a number that fits Block A could point somewhere else entirely in Block B.

Parks, Mosques, Commercial Areas, and Other Facilities

A symbol on a layout marks a facility that someone planned, but that doesn’t mean it’s open. It helps to sort each one into a group: marked on the plan, advertised by the developer, under construction, or confirmed as working.

Faisal Master Plan: Block Layouts and Main Differences

The sources don’t agree on how many blocks there are. One portal guide says four, A to D. Another profile names Blocks A, B, C, and Executive, while dealer listings advertise a Prime Block as a newer section.

So I’ve covered the five areas that the developer’s site and recent listings name: Blocks A, B, C, D, and the Prime Block. No independent document I found explains how they relate to each other. Dealer text places the Prime Block near the main entrance off GT Road, beside Block A. Because that is dealer-quoted, confirm it on a real layout.

BlockWhat public sources offerEvidence status
Block A30 x 60 ft and 35 x 70 ft plots listedDealer-quoted
Block B25 x 50, 30 x 50, 35 x 70, 40 x 80 ft plots listedDealer-quoted
Block C5, 7, 8, and 10 Marla listed; one Kanal-size listingDealer-quoted
Block D5 Marla (25 x 50 ft) listed as a new bookingDealer-quoted
Prime Block25 x 50, 35 x 70, 40 x 80, 50 x 90 ft listedDealer-quoted

A Marla is a local land unit. In these listings, 5 Marla works out to 25 by 50 feet, or about 139 square yards.

Faisal Hills Block A Map and Main Features

Two dealer listings describe Block A plots. One offers an 8 Marla plot of 30 by 60 feet. The other offers 35 by 70 feet, close to 10.9 Marla, on a 60-foot street near what the seller calls the Main Civic Centre and Arch.

Both sellers list utilities like electricity, water, and sewerage. A third-party guide also says the block has a layout “clearly separated” for different plot sizes. However, all of this comes from individual adverts, so it can’t describe the whole block.

Property portals also say Block A ranks among the most searched blocks. That points to buyer interest, but it says nothing about quality or value.

Faisal Hills Block B Map and Layout Details

Block B listings are more varied. Sellers advertise 5, 8, 10, and 14 Marla plots, and specific adverts quote 25 by 50, 30 by 50, 35 by 70, and 40 by 80 feet. One says its plot sits near a park, and another says it faces the Margalla Hills.

Every one of those details comes from a seller, not from a map. In addition, one listing uses the term “NDC Open” and never explains it, so get a written answer before you assume what it means.

Again, no dated, independent Faisal Hills Block B Map turned up. The developer’s Block B page makes a sensible starting point.

After that, match the plot number to the block label. A cropped screenshot with only a number can’t tell you which block the plot belongs to, and that small gap causes real mix-ups.

Faisal Hills Block C: Plot Sizes and Layout

Plot Sizes in Block C

Block C listings show 5, 7, 8, and 10 Marla plots, and one seller offers a larger plot listed as a Kanal. An older listing for this block says the scheme offers 5, 7, 10, and 12 Marla, plus 1 and 2 Kanal. Since that text mentions a 2018 development plan, its sizes may be out of date.

Plot categoryReported sizeSource status
Residential5, 7, 8, 10 Marla; one larger Kanal-size listingDealer-quoted
Residential (older listing)5, 7, 10, 12 Marla, 1 and 2 KanalOlder portal text
CommercialNot found for this blockNo public record

How to Read the Block C Layout

A property profile calls Block C a luxury residential area, which is promotional wording. In the layout itself, look for plot numbers, bordering roads, and marked facilities. Meanwhile, the developer’s own Block C page gives its version of the layout.

What Buyers Should Confirm

Lay the map next to your plot file and transfer papers. Next, check the size and position, and then look for any gap between the paperwork and the ground. Of course, a plot on a map isn’t automatically for sale.

Faisal Hills Block D: Layout and Plot Information

Block D Location and Access

A forum discussion calls Block D a recent launch, and a property portal’s guide counts it among the scheme’s four blocks. However, I found no independent map showing its boundary, so I haven’t placed it on the layout.

Plot Sizes and Layout Features

Dealer listings advertise a 5 Marla plot of 25 by 50 feet as a new booking in Block D. The same seller lists 8, 10, and 14 Marla in a general price list, but that list covers the Prime Block too. As a result, it doesn’t prove those sizes exist in Block D.

So only the 5 Marla size has block-specific support, and it comes from a dealer.

How to Verify Block D Details

Ask for the Faisal Hills Block D layout and check it against the developer’s Block D page. Then confirm the block name, plot number, and size in your own papers. Seller adverts use phrases like “new booking,” so it’s also worth asking what the buyer actually receives: a plot, a file, or just a booking.

Faisal Hills Prime Block Map and Planning Details

Dealer listings describe the Prime Block as a newer section close to the main entrance off GT Road, beside Block A. They list plots of 25 by 50, 35 by 70, 40 by 80, and 50 by 90 feet, which correspond to 5, 10, 14 Marla, and 1 Kanal. Another listing also mentions 8 Marla and 2 Kanal.

The developer promotes this section heavily, including a post that calls it a “crown jewel.” Because that’s marketing language, I haven’t counted it as evidence. If you read the Prime Block post, keep that in mind.

Faisal Master Plan: Plot Sizes by Block

This table pulls together the sizes I found in listings. It shows what sellers advertise, and an official schedule hasn’t confirmed any of it.

BlockPlot sizeCategoryEvidence
Block A30 x 60 ft (8 Marla), 35 x 70 ft (about 10.9 Marla)ResidentialDealer-quoted
Block B25 x 50, 30 x 50, 35 x 70, 40 x 80 ftResidentialDealer-quoted
Block C5, 7, 8, 10 Marla; larger Kanal-size listingResidentialDealer-quoted
Block D25 x 50 ft (5 Marla)ResidentialDealer-quoted
Prime Block25 x 50, 35 x 70, 40 x 80, 50 x 90 ftResidentialDealer-quoted

An older project page lists six sizes in square yards, from 139 up to 1,000. Since it carries no date, use it as background only.

A size list can’t tell you what’s in stock, who owns a plot, or whether possession has been given. The developer’s overview is in its Faisal Hills plots 2026 post. In the end, compare every figure with your own documents.

How to Verify the Faisal Master Plan Before Buying

Check the Map’s Source and Date

First, find out who published the map, and look for a date and a version number. If you’re holding two versions, work out which one covers your block. The developer’s own guide is in its post on location, NOC status, and master plan.

Match the Plot Number to the Correct Block

Check that the plot number, block label, and size all agree with each other. If one doesn’t fit, ask why before you pay anything. After all, a screenshot rarely carries enough detail to settle the question.

Check Relevant Approval and Ownership Records

A master plan isn’t an approval. Property sources report an RDA NOC covering about 11,823.5 Kanal for the project, yet that figure doesn’t say which blocks fall inside it. Therefore, ask the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) to confirm whether your block is covered.

Compare the Map with On-Ground Conditions

Visit the plot, or send someone you trust. Then walk the boundaries, look at the road, and measure the size. Above all, verify the plot and its papers, not just the general Faisal Master Plan.

Common Mistakes When Using Faisal Hills Maps

The most common slip is leaning on a map with no date. In that case, a wrong version can put a plot in the wrong place on paper, and you may not notice until after you’ve paid.

Some buyers treat a brochure as proof of approval, while others confuse a location map with a block map and then assume a planned park is already open. A few apply a size from one block to another, or take for granted that a marked plot is on offer.

These mistakes share a root: you end up trusting a document that can’t answer your question. Therefore, match every claim to the document that can actually support it, and most of the risk goes away.

Conclusion: What to Check Before Relying on the Faisal Master Plan

The master plan shows the layout, and block maps add detail. However, plot sizes and facilities need proof from reliable sources, and maps from different dates may disagree with each other.
