Faisal Hills Islamabad and New City Paradise both sit on the GT Road corridor near Taxila. However, beyond that they have little in common: different developers, different approving authorities, and very different amounts of public information. This Faisal Hills New City comparison covers location, 2026 prices, payment plans, plot possession and legal status. Faisal Hills has the longer paper trail, including a reported RDA approval for 11,823.5 kanals. New City Paradise, by contrast, has few recent figures, and most of its published pricing dates from 2023 to 2025. Where the evidence is thin, I say so. Use the article to prepare your questions, then put them to the authority or developer before any money changes hands.

Faisal Hills Islamabad Location
Can you realistically reach this project from where you live or work? That comes down to the road you would use every day.
Faisal Hills Islamabad sits on the GT Road near Taxila, beside the Margalla foothills. A few listings also place it next to B-17 on the Islamabad side. The Faisal Hills location page shows the boundary and nearby landmarks.
GT Road (N-5) is the main route, so it runs toward Taxila, Wah, Rawalpindi and Islamabad. As a result, Taxila and Wah are the shortest trips. For Islamabad, drive it at rush hour before you commit.
A location map shows roads and boundaries, but a line on a map is not an open road. Some sources mention Margalla Avenue as an improving link. I could not confirm its status, so consider it planned.
New City Paradise Location
New City Paradise sits on the GT Road near Burhan Interchange, close to the M-1 and the CPEC route. The developers present it as the third phase of New City, after the two phases in Wah. Because of this, marketing for New City Islamabad sometimes uses other names for the same project, which can confuse a first-time search.
The administrative label is inconsistent. For example, sources place the project in Wah, in Hassanabdal, and once in Attock district. Ask the developer for the official mauza and tehsil. A dealer quotes about 30 minutes to Srinagar Highway, but nobody measured that.
GT Road and Burhan Interchange exist today. A new interchange or link road in a brochure stays in the planned column until you can drive it. Also, New City Paradise Lahore is a different project under a different authority. Keep the paperwork separate.
Faisal Hills vs New City Paradise Location Comparison
Road Connectivity
Both rely on GT Road. New City Paradise sits beside Burhan Interchange on the M-1 and CPEC route, while Faisal Hills is described mainly as a GT Road project near Taxila.
Access to Islamabad and Rawalpindi
Similarly, both trips run along GT Road. I found no measured travel times for the two projects under matching conditions, so drive from each entrance and compare.
Access to Taxila and Wah
Faisal Hills is closer to Taxila. New City Paradise, meanwhile, leans toward Burhan and Wah. If your work or school is in either town, compare the actual drive, because map distance and driving time often differ.
Current vs Future Connectivity
| Status | Faisal Hills | New City Paradise |
| Operational | GT Road (N-5) | GT Road, Burhan Interchange, M-1 |
| Under Development | Internal roads in newer blocks | Internal roads; verify by block |
| Planned | Extra links mentioned by marketers | Any new link shown in brochures |
Faisal Hills New City Comparison: Who Should Pay Attention to Location?
Islamabad commuters should test drive times first. Taxila and Wah workers, on the other hand, should compare the local routes. Families moving in should also check how far the nearest schools and hospitals are.
Faisal Hills Price in 2026
How much money will you need? It depends on the block, and the sources disagree.
Portals and dealers supply the market-listed figures. For example, Naseer Associates shows 5 marla plots from PKR 35 lakh to PKR 88 lakh, averaging near PKR 57.5 lakh. Its 7 marla range runs from PKR 57 lakh to PKR 1.05 crore, and 10 marla from PKR 62 lakh to PKR 1.20 crore.
Sky Marketing, meanwhile, lists the Executive Block from PKR 70 lakh for 5 marla and from PKR 2.90 crore for 1 kanal. Its Block C 5 marla starts at PKR 35 lakh. Another marketing page, in addition, quotes 1 kanal from about PKR 1.15 crore.
You may also see a 5 marla at PKR 18 lakh in Block D or Prime Block. That is a file, not a possession plot, so it belongs in a different comparison. Older portal ranges, likewise, look stale.
Block, possession and development level explain most of the spread. In addition, marketing pages add 10 to 15 percent for corner plots and about 10 percent for main boulevard plots. Because the spread is this wide, an average tells you little. The Faisal Hills plots guide breaks it down by block.
New City Paradise Price in 2026
I could not find a reliable 2026 price list from an official source. What follows is dealer-quoted, mostly from 2023 to 2025.
One 2023 dealer page lists 5 marla at PKR 18.5 lakh, 10 marla at PKR 35.5 lakh and 1 kanal at PKR 67.5 lakh. A 2024 page, meanwhile, gives a 5 marla total of PKR 22.75 lakh. A 2025 page then shows booking payments of PKR 4,43,750 for 10 marla and PKR 8,43,750 for 1 kanal. Commercial listings from 2023 also show 2.5 marla at PKR 55 lakh and 7 marla at PKR 1.45 crore.
These are old numbers. Because launch prices tend to change as a project matures, ask the developer for the current sheet in writing.
Faisal Hills vs New City Paradise Price Comparison
| Plot Size | Faisal Hills (market-listed 2026) | New City Paradise (dealer-quoted, dated) | Notes |
| 5 Marla | PKR 35 lakh to 88 lakh | PKR 18.5 lakh (2023) to 22.75 lakh (2024) | Different years |
| 8 Marla | Some blocks; verify | Not listed in reviewed sources | No comparison |
| 10 Marla | PKR 62 lakh to 1.20 crore | PKR 35.5 lakh (2023) | Different years |
| 1 Kanal | From about PKR 1.15 crore | PKR 67.5 lakh (2023) | Different years |
A straight reading of this table would mislead. One column shows 2026 market listings, while the other shows older developer-linked quotes.
The bigger question is what the price covers. Development charges, possession charges, transfer fees and balloon payments can all sit on top. At Faisal Hills, part of the price reflects a developed block with possession. At New City Paradise, by contrast, buyers historically paid a launch-stage booking and met possession charges later. Therefore, ask each seller to list every charge on one sheet.
Faisal Hills Payment Plan
Can you manage the payment schedule? First find out whether your plot has an installment option at all.
Most residential plots reportedly sell for full cash. However, some inventory comes with 20 percent down and 10 quarterly installments over 2.5 years. For example, one page lists a down payment from PKR 19.9 lakh for a 5.56 marla plot.
The cash flow looks like this: a large payment upfront, a quarterly installment, then the balance plus any possession charges. Terms change with block and plot size, so compare the official Faisal Hills payment plan with the payment plan 2026 review.
New City Paradise Payment Plan
New City Paradise has usually run longer monthly schedules. For example, a dealer page for an Awami Block 5 marla plot lists 36 monthly installments of PKR 20,500, four balloons of PKR 89,500, and balloting and possession fees of PKR 1.995 lakh each. A 2024 page for a standard 5 marla plot, by comparison, shows PKR 2.5 lakh down and 40 monthly installments of PKR 26,000.
So the plan has a booking, a long run of monthly payments, a few balloons, and closing fees. Each monthly amount looks light, but the schedule stretches out. Dealers also disagree on whether development charges sit in the plot price or inside the installments. Ask. Because these plans date from 2024 and 2025, get the current one first.
Faisal Hills Development Status 2026
What exists today? It varies by block, and sources sometimes contradict each other.
Roads and Infrastructure
The Executive Block is described as the most developed, with a main boulevard, internal roads and commercial frontage. Newer blocks such as Prime Block, in contrast, are earlier in the process.
Utilities
Marketing pages say roads, electricity and sewerage are done in developed sectors. However, no authority record I reviewed confirms this by block. Check on site.
Residential Development
Sky Marketing’s July 2026 update reports possession in developed sectors of Block D and many sectors of Block B, and calls Block C and Block B Extension early stage. A May 2026 page, however, reports possession in developed sectors of Block C. That conflict is the reason to check your exact sector.
Commercial Development
Faisal Jewel and Roots International School are reported as existing near the Executive Block. Hill Walk Downtown, meanwhile, reportedly got an RDA NOC in February 2026, which means approved, not built. More on the Faisal Jewel page.
Possession and Planned Work
Possession has its own section below. Meanwhile, mosque and hospital construction is described as under way, and Prime Block is still being developed.
New City Paradise Development Status 2026
Verifiable 2026 data is limited. The developer’s Facebook page posts progress highlights, but I could not tie them to any block from an independent source.
Dealer pages mention ongoing work, a mosque reported in 2023 and an Awami Block at the entrance. One page adds a memorandum of understanding with a cricketer and a file verification portal “coming soon”. In other words, these are announcements, not finished work.
Completed: nothing confirmed independently. Under development: developer-reported roads and boulevard. Planned: growth from 4,256 kanals toward roughly 20,000 kanals, pending approvals. Therefore, visit the site and ask for dated photographs.
Plot Possession Comparison
Can you build or use the plot now? Three things get mixed up here. First, development means roads and utilities exist. Second, possession means the developer has formally handed you the plot. Finally, construction readiness means you may also build on it, usually once dues and approvals are settled.
At Faisal Hills, possession is reported block by block. Block A has it in most sectors, and Blocks B, B Extension and D have it in developed sectors. Prime Block, however, is described as coming soon. Get charges and eligibility in writing, and see the developer’s possession status page.
At New City Paradise, by contrast, 2023 dealer pages promised possession in about 1.5 years, or even five months, with cash buyers first. However, I found no independent 2026 confirmation of which blocks are handed over. Ask for the balloting and possession schedule in writing.
Faisal Hills Master Plan
The approved layout covers about 11,823.5 kanals, according to RDA records cited by several property sites. There are seven named blocks: Executive, Prime, A, B, B Extension, C and D. Meanwhile, the Faisal Hills master plan shows the developer’s version.
Keep three labels apart. Approved means the layout and authority-listed clearances. Developer-planned, by contrast, means parks, schools, mosques and healthcare spaces drawn on the plan, and future means later phases and road links that are not open.
New City Paradise Master Plan
The plan reportedly spans about 20,000 kanals, with 4,256 kanals approved so far. Dealers describe residential blocks, commercial areas, an Awami Block at the entrance, parks, a mosque and a wide central boulevard. The Awami Block, however, is a developer announcement, not an authority decision.
Similarly, the same rule applies. Approved area is only what the authority record covers. Expansion land stays proposed until approved, and amenities stay planned until built.
Faisal Hills vs New City Paradise Development & Master Plan
| Feature | Faisal Hills | New City Paradise |
| Road Development | Complete in developed blocks (developer and dealer reports) | Developer-reported; unconfirmed |
| Utilities | Reported in developed sectors; verify | Not independently confirmed |
| Residential Development | Construction reported in older blocks | Not independently confirmed |
| Commercial Development | Faisal Jewel reported; Hill Walk NOC February 2026 | Plots sold; built activity unconfirmed |
| Possession | Block and sector specific | Not independently confirmed |
| Parks | Planned; verify | Planned; verify |
| Community Facilities | Mosque and hospital in progress | Mosque reported in 2023 |
| Future Development | Prime Block and later work | Expansion beyond 4,256 kanals |
The biggest gap is evidence. Faisal Hills has several dated 2026 reports, mostly from marketing sources, and a NOC over a large recorded area. New City Paradise, in comparison, has less recent information, so more of the checking falls on you.
Stage differs too. Faisal Hills has older blocks with possession and newer ones still being built. New City Paradise, meanwhile, has a smaller approved area and a larger planned expansion, so confirm your plot falls inside the approved part.
NOC and Legal Status
Is the property properly documented and covered by the relevant approval? Approval attaches to specific land, not to a brand.
For Faisal Hills, several property sites citing the RDA portal report a final NOC for 11,823.5 kanals, current as of June 2026. They also report 2026 clearances for Hill Walk Downtown, a family play area and a mosque. However, I could not open the RDA portal myself, so look up the record and read the developer’s NOC page alongside it.
For New City Paradise, dealers cite the PHATA reference DG-PHATA/W-I/PHS/61/2022 for 4,256 kanals. One dealer, however, gives a different TMA reference, 119/74/TMAH, for the same area. Another says RDA no longer approves such projects under newer legislation. Therefore, find out which authority holds the record and whether both references cover the same land.
Do not accept “approved” as a blanket statement for either project. Ask which phase, block and plot number the approval covers, and confirm your plot sits inside it. After all, a developer advertisement is not an authority-issued NOC.
Amenities and Residential Property Options
Faisal Hills offers residential plots from 5 marla to 2 kanal, with some sizes limited to certain blocks. Reports place 7 marla plots in Block A. New City Paradise residential plots, by comparison, run 3.5, 5 and 10 marla and 1 kanal, plus commercial sizes.
| Facility | Faisal Hills | New City Paradise |
| Schools | Roots International School (existing, per dealers) | Planned; verify |
| Mosques | Masjid Fatima Tu Zahra cleared; others planned | One reported built in 2023; verify |
| Healthcare | Hospital under development | Planned; verify |
| Commercial Areas | Faisal Jewel reported; Hill Walk planned | Plots sold; built status unconfirmed |
| Parks | Planned | Planned |
The Faisal Hills facilities guide has more. Until you see it operating, count a planned facility as missing.
Faisal Hills vs New City Paradise for Different Buyer Needs
If Location Is Your Main Concern
Drive from each entrance at your normal commute hour. Also, judge current roads and future links separately.
If Price Is Your Main Concern
Get one written sheet per seller with entry price, plot size, upfront payment and extra charges. Likewise, do not weigh a 2026 resale listing against a 2023 launch price.
If You Need Possession
Ask for the block, sector and possession letter for the exact plot. Then check building eligibility and outstanding dues.
If Development Matters Most
Walk the plot. While you are there, look at roads, utilities, nearby construction and occupied houses, and keep completed, ongoing and planned work apart.
If You Want Residential Property
Compare plot sizes, surroundings, facilities that already exist and access. Planned facilities, however, count for less here.
If You Prefer a Payment Plan
Ask about booking, monthly or quarterly payments, balloons and the total period. Faisal Hills reportedly offers installments only on some inventory, while New City Paradise has leaned on longer monthly plans.
If Legal Verification Is Your Priority
Request the NOC, approval letter, approved layout, allotment letter and transfer documents, then check them with the authority. The Faisal Hills verification guide also explains the steps.
What Buyers Should Verify Before Booking
Legal Verification
- NOC and approval letter from the relevant authority
- Approved area, block and plot number
- Allotment letter and transfer documents
Financial Verification
- Official payment plan in writing
- Outstanding installments, development and possession charges
- Transfer fee, applicable taxes and refund policy
Physical Verification
- Road access, utilities and possession status
- Plot boundaries, exact location and surrounding development
Seller Verification
On a resale, confirm the seller’s identity, ownership, transfer history and clearance of dues. Also, ask to see originals, not photocopies.
Never pay because of a WhatsApp screenshot, a dealer’s word, a social media advertisement, an unofficial price list or a verbal promise of possession. Instead, check the documents with the authority or developer first.
Faisal Hills Islamabad vs New City Paradise: Key Differences
| Factor | Faisal Hills | New City Paradise |
| Location | GT Road near Taxila | GT Road near Burhan Interchange |
| Price | 2026 market listings vary by block | Only dated dealer figures |
| Payment Plan | Mostly cash; limited installments | Historically monthly with balloons |
| Development | Block-wise; older blocks ahead | Verify current status |
| Possession | Block and sector specific | Not independently confirmed |
| Master Plan | About 11,823.5 kanals approved | 4,256 kanals approved |
| Legal Status | RDA NOC reported; verify | PHATA reference cited; verify |
| Residential Options | 5 marla to 2 kanal | 3.5 marla to 1 kanal |
| Accessibility | GT Road (N-5) | GT Road, Burhan Interchange, M-1 |
| Verification Requirements | Block, sector, possession letter | Approved area, current plan, possession schedule |
The main distinction is how much recent public evidence exists for each project. In addition, the gap between approved and planned area is worth comparing.
Conclusion
The Faisal Hills New City comparison comes down to evidence and fit. Faisal Hills has a larger approved area, block-wise possession reports and widely varying 2026 market prices. New City Paradise, by contrast, has a smaller approved area, dated payment plans and little current public data. Budget, plot size, preferred location, payment capacity, possession needs and development expectations will drive the decision, along with whichever legal documents you can verify. Therefore, check the NOC, the plot and the dues with the relevant authority before paying. Nothing here predicts price movement or returns.
